Above info is from spymsg.tcl (v1.01)

This script is supposed to run on an non-oped bot.

What it does is really simple, any message containing
whatever the trigger has been set to is forwarded via onotice.
If the users host matches a proxy in the database, a different
ban method than *!*@IP is suggested. It's possible to set words
that should be ignored for forwarding, such as bot commands and
so on. Good luck with the script!
