  Voiced Bot Kick/Ban Support
  MCmon_Kicker.tcl and MCmon_Kicker.mrc (c) 1999 by Amadeus`

  These two scripts are part of the Message Command Monitor
  System as used in the EFNET channel #cracks. The complete
  system is not distributable, but these components may be
  used standalone.

  These scripts provide to voiced bots the ability to ask
  their owner to Kick or Kickban someone. One would want this
  for example, to kick a nick for repeating commands. These
  scripts can be also used with my AntiScripts.tcl

  mcmon_kicker.tcl

  You run this on the bot, duh. The owner must be defined in
  bot config.

  Operation is limited to a single channel. defined by the
  global variable mc_channel. Set this to channel the bot is
  in. If you do not set it, it will default to #cracks.

  Procedures:
    proc abusekick {nick uhost text}
      send a QKICK request to kick nick to owner

    proc abuseban {nick uhost text}
      send a QBAN request to ban nick to owner

  mcmon_kicker.mrc

  Owner should run this on his mIRC client. It accepts two
  messaged commands, QKICK and QBAN.

  Configuration:

  On load, it will ask for space separated lists of nicks
  and hostmasks of permitted bots from which QBAN and QKICK
  requests will be accepted.

  It will not execute command if target nick is self, the bot
  requesting, OPed or VOed in channel, or another bot in list
  of permitted users of the kicker.

  Command syntax:

    QKICK nick channel text

    QBAN nick channel text

  Aliases:

    quickbankick nick chan bantime reason

    This alias IGNORES, KICKS and THEN BANS nick. This
    prevents channel protection bots from banning the nick before
    the reason is transmitted to channel and/or to target nick.
