Changes made to Eggdrop1.3.12 with this patch:

* notes read and notes erase have been rewritten to support multiple
  read/delete in a single command. You can now provide a list of
  numbers and/or intervals separated by semicolon.

  ex: .notes erase 2-4;8;16-
      will erase note 2, 3, 4, 8 and all notes above 16 included.

      .notes read -3;17-23
      will show your notes 1, 2, 3 and from 17 to 23.


Remaining work: Adapt the tcl functions to react as the new built-in functions.
                But some scripts may be based on the previous ones... :-\
