eggdrop1.0o and eggdrop1.0p do not update laston on signoffs.
chan.c.fix fixes this.

I just modified gotquit() so that it works like gotpart().
So gotquit() uses an oldfrom variable.
update_laston(oldfrom) instead of update_laston(from)

This works pretty good.
